A simple poll to the Big Data & Analytics platform reveals that more than 75% of 308 respondents are dealing with less than 10BN records within their processing. I wonder if they had no technical or cost limitations, how that would change and in which ways they would use the data. Would it be to obtain more accurate querying, would it be used to train their ML algorithms better or would it be used to monetise and generate new revenue streams?
